What you're buying
Every card listed is a single physical item from one collector's inventory, sold as described - name, set, condition (NM/LP/MP/HP/DMG), and finish. Condition grading is a judgment call, not a guarantee of a specific grading company's standard. If a card arrives materially different from its listing, see Returns below.
Stock and availability
Everything listed here is also listed on Mana Pool under the same seller. Listings are updated as close to real-time as we can manage, but a card can sell on one platform moments after you check out on the other. If that happens to your order, we'll reach out to offer a refund or a comparable exchange - it won't be shipped as something else without asking first.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number - Stripe handles that entirely. Your order is charged in full at checkout; there's no layaway or partial payment.
Shipping
Orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping charges cover packaging and postage, not insurance or expedited delivery unless stated otherwise at checkout. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery time and handling are outside our control.

Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the shop grows. Continuing to order after a change means you accept the current version, posted here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
