Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026. This page explains what KalosTCG collects and why - there's less of it than most shops.
What we collect
There's no account or login on this site. When you check out, Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address, and payment details directly - we never see or store your card number. Your name and shipping address are passed to our private inventory system so the order can be packed and shipped, and to the carrier to deliver it. Your cart itself is stored only in a signed browser cookie on your own device, not on our servers, and holds nothing but card IDs and quantities.
What we don't do
No analytics, ad tracking, or marketing pixels run on this site. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone beyond what's needed to process and ship your order (Stripe for payment, the shipping carrier for delivery).
How long we keep it
Order and shipping records are kept for our own bookkeeping and in case of a return or dispute. Stripe retains payment data per its own policy, independent of us - see stripe.com/privacy.
Cookies
One cookie: your cart. It's cryptographically signed, expires with your browser session behavior, and contains no personal information - just what's in your cart.
Your rights
To ask what we have on file for a past order, or to have it deleted once the order is complete and any return window has passed, email [email protected].

If this policy changes, the update will be posted here with a new date at the top.
